Found my grandma's old jam recipe and compared it to the 'all fruit' stuff I buy now. The difference is wild.

But have you actually tried making jam from scratch? Tbh it's a huge mess and takes hours of your day. The store stuff is just way more reliable and lasts forever in the fridge. Honestly, sometimes a little extra sugar is worth the convenience.

Honestly I read that most store jam is basically just fruit-flavored sugar syrup now.
