Ever think quick meetings were just a waste of time? I mean, I totally did. I saw them as another thing to get through before the real work. But idk, trying something like your pre-shop chat showed me they actually save time. It stops those little problems from blowing up into huge messes later, which is way less stressful for everyone. Maybe it's just me but that shift in thinking really helped.

Honestly, that shift in thinking is the whole thing. I used to see any meeting as a total waste, just a box to check. But a five minute huddle to get on the same page can save an hour of fixing a mess later. It feels less like a chore and more like just clearing the air before you start.
