I keep seeing people skip the brine weight check on their ferments
I just had a batch of kraut go bad because the salt ratio was off by a few grams, which I only caught after it was too late. It's an easy thing to miss but it can ruin weeks of work. Has anyone found a good digital scale they trust for small measurements like that?
