My dad's craving for a milkshake left us all disappointed
He insisted on stopping at McDonald's for a chocolate shake. They gave him a watery, half-filled cup. We had to listen to him complain the whole ride home.

Feels like every company is slowly cutting corners like this now. You pay more for things that are consistently worse than they were a few years ago.

You know what gets me? They pour all their effort into new trendy items while letting the basic stuff fall apart. That shake machine probably needs one good cleaning and proper training, but they're too busy pushing limited time offers. The old standards used to be the backbone of the place, and now they're just an afterthought. It feels like they're betting we won't notice if the core menu gets worse, as long as the new thing is flashy. That's a bad bet, because it wrecks the trust regular customers had.
