That Main Street drive-thru has been slipping for months. I got a chicken sandwich there in March that was cold in the middle, and last month my fries were completely unsalted and soggy. It feels like they've stopped caring about quality control. I won't be going back.

Honestly, that place has never let me down. I grabbed a double cheeseburger there just last week and it was perfect, really fresh and put together right. Maybe it was just a one-time bad day in the kitchen? Did you end up saying anything to them about it?
