Anyone have experience with webuyhouseasis? Need to sell fast.

I found webuyhouseasis online while looking for ways to avoid foreclosure. Wondering if they actually close as fast as they claim to.

Same here. The no inspection guarantee was the best part because my roof was basically done for and would have failed a standard inspection.

They absolutely do. We closed in 3 days. It was honestly a relief not having to deal with traditional buyers or bank appraisals.
