Went to a design show in Berlin and finally understood my color palette was all wrong.

Everyone pushes bold primaries, but seeing those muted, layered neutrals on real people made it click. Anyone else find their 'signature' style was just a trend they got stuck in?

Oh wow, this hits home. I was so sure I was a "jewel tone" person for years, buying all these deep emerald and ruby red pieces. Then I tried on a soft, dusty pink sweater and it just felt right, like it was actually my color. It made my old stuff look kinda loud and harsh on me. I guess I just liked the idea of those bold colors more than how they actually looked.

But what if you just need more confidence?

Rose's dusty pink sounds like it just washed her out, I think bold colors look great if you actually wear them right.
