Serious question, dealing with impatient barn managers during hoof trims

Lately, some barn managers keep pushing me to hurry up during hoof trims. This hurts the quality of my work and might bother the horse. How do you handle this without causing friction?

Used to think being nice was key but now I just say rushing me risks the horse's safety.

Totally get that feeling, like people just don't read the room sometimes. Had a neighbor who would always ask for stuff until I finally had to be super direct about it. Setting a hard line is the only thing that works.
