The Everett library printer ate my tax forms right before the deadline

I was at the Everett Public Library on Hoyt Avenue last Tuesday, trying to print my tax forms before the 5 PM post office run. The printer jammed halfway through, and the screen just said 'clear paper path' with no staff around. I had to open the side panel and pull out a crumpled, inky mess of my W-2. Ended up driving to the FedEx on Everett Mall Way and paying $12 to reprint everything. Has anyone else had a close call with that library printer, or know a better spot in town for last-minute printing?

Had to open the side panel" is wild to me. I can't believe they leave people to fix that stuff themselves. That printer is a known problem, honestly. Where do you go now when you need something printed fast?

Right? "Known problem" is putting it lightly. I keep a list of local print shops in my phone notes for emergencies now. The one on Maple Street has saved me twice this month already.

Maple Street crew deserves hazard pay for how often they bail us out. Your phone notes list sounds smarter than my current strategy of just panic-googling while standing in front of a broken printer.
