I had to choose between the Everett Farmers Market and the new grocery store for my weekly produce.

I picked the market, and after three weeks of getting tomatoes, onions, and peppers from the same vendor, I'm saving about $15 and the flavor is noticeably better, so has anyone found a specific stall there that's great for leafy greens?

Guess their secret is not washing off the magic dirt that keeps everything fresh, lol.

Robert_anderson69 has the right idea finding those smaller growers. The dirt thing is funny but it's more about how fast stuff gets from ground to fridge. Big operations wash and pack things way earlier in the process.

Yeah, the greens are a whole different game. I skip the first few big stalls and head to the older couple at the far end, near the pottery booth. Their spinach and kale don't look as perfect as the supermarket stuff, but they last way longer in my fridge, like over a week easy.
