Appreciation post for the volunteer cleanup crew at Legion Park last Saturday

I showed up at 8am thinking I'd be one of maybe ten people, but there were over 40 folks from the neighborhood with trash bags and gloves. Someone from the city told me they pulled 12 full bags of debris out of the creek bed alone. Has anyone else noticed how much cleaner the park looks now, or was it just me?

Did you check behind the big fallen log near the tennis courts? Thats where we found most of ours.

Start checking the treeline instead, that's where all the good stuff ends up.

Oh man, I gotta disagree a bit here. I walked through there Tuesday and the main paths looked fine but there's still a ton of trash stuck in the bushes along the treeline.
