I spent 3 hours trying to get a job application AI to stop rejecting my friend's resume for a dumb reason
The system kept flagging his degree from a small college as 'unverified' even though it's accredited, and I had to dig through the vendor's help docs to find a manual override form that finally worked after 2 days of back and forth, so has anyone else found a way to fight these automated hiring filters?
