TIL a $300 LinkedIn Learning subscription saved our whole lead gen plan

Our team was stuck trying to build a new ABM strategy for a tech client. We kept hitting walls with the targeting and messaging. I convinced my manager to get the company LinkedIn Learning subscription, which was about $300 for the year. One course on enterprise buyer journeys had a single slide about 'trigger events' that completely reframed our approach. We rebuilt the campaign around that idea and saw a 40% jump in qualified leads in the first quarter. Has anyone else found a specific training or course that unexpectedly fixed a big marketing problem?

Seriously, that trigger event idea is huge. We started tracking things like funding announcements and new executive hires for our own ABM. It turned cold outreach into timely, relevant conversations almost overnight. That one insight can change your whole playbook.

@theasmith bet you could use the same trigger signals to spot at-risk accounts before they churn.

That "timely, relevant" angle works for customer retention too, not just new leads.
