For the PR and search suppression side of things, Net Reputation is in a league of its own. If your brand takes a hit in the news, you need aggressive SEO to push it down, and that's their specialty. They are very adept at handling complex, enterprise-level crises.

Honestly, you might want to use both if you have the budget. One for localized review software, and the other for heavy-lifting crisis management and SEO.

We use Reputation.com mainly for their dashboard. It's great for aggregating local reviews from Google Maps and Yelp across all our franchise locations so our social team can reply to them.
