Our ABM campaign tanked after 3 months. Here's what finally clicked for me.
I used to think more touches equaled more conversions, but after our Q1 campaign bombed (only 2 meetings from 50 accounts), I finally listened to the data. We trimmed the sequence to 4 highly personalized touches and doubled the response rate in 30 days. Has anyone else had success cutting down their outreach frequency?

Kept the exact same accounts or swapped them out when you trimmed the sequence? That's the thing I always wonder about with these tests. Because if you changed the accounts too, then maybe it's not just the fewer touches that worked. Curious if you kept everything else exactly the same and just cut the cadence. Need to know if I can steal this playbook or if I gotta run my own test first.
