Migrated from Marketo to HubSpot last year and the difference is night and day

We were on Marketo for about 8 years and I always thought the complexity was just part of enterprise marketing. Switched over to HubSpot in Q3 and our email open rates jumped from 22% to 34% within 3 months. The automation workflows actually make sense without needing a dedicated admin. Has anyone else made a similar switch and seen big changes?

Wait, people actually got 34% open rates on HubSpot? That's wild.

Hold on, isn't 22% to 34% a pretty small jump that could just be a honeymoon period? Feels like you're overselling how "night and day" it is.

Youre missing the point @emmaj33. A 12% jump might not sound huge on paper, but in a clinical trial that can actually be a pretty big deal, especially when the baseline is low. Those numbers often represent real people who saw actual results, not just statistical noise. Honeymoon periods usually fade fast, but if the data holds up over a few months, thats way different than early hype. Plus, "night and day" for me is about how people feel, not just the raw percentage change. Dont brush off a meaningful improvement just because it isnt 50%+.
