Just figured out I've been insulating my attic wrong for like three years because of a draft in my Mill Woods bungalow

Check your soffit vents too.

Yeah, those pipe seals are a sneaky spot for drafts. Good call from the_zara on the soffits too. It's crazy how many little places cold air can find its way in.

That draft in your bungalow... did you check for gaps around your plumbing stacks? The_zara is right about soffits, but those pipe seals go bad all the time.
