That Monday morning on the Johnson remodel nearly broke me

I showed up at 6am to this house off Route 9 in Albany, and the homeowner had already stacked all the furniture in the middle of every room. Took me 45 minutes just to move it all before I could even set up my banjo. Then the 12-foot sheets I ordered showed up with a crushed corner on the top three. Had to send them back and wait until 2pm for replacements. Has anyone else dealt with customers who 'help' by rearranging stuff before you arrive?

Disagree, moving the furniture yourself saves you time and shows they respect your schedule.

Honestly I used to be all about doing it myself but you might be onto something... that whole "time is money" thing really clicks when you realize how long it takes to wrangle a couch alone.

Tried helping my cousin move a couch once and ended up stuck in a stairwell for an hour...
