PSA: I switched from a 6-inch to a 10-inch taping knife for my final coat about three months ago, and the difference in finish is insane.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way. My first few projects looked like a topographical map of the moon. The bigger blade just floats over everything so much smoother.

Oh man, it makes a huge difference. I used a small blade for way too long. Switched to a bigger one and it just glides, way less sanding after.
