Watching a construction crew dig a trench by hand in my neighborhood
They were working on a water line in tight space where you couldn't get a machine in. Made me think how a small cutterhead dredge could have done that whole job in an hour, not three days of shovels. What's the smallest job you've ever used your dredge for?

Wait, they were digging a trench by hand for three whole days? That's wild to me. I've used my little 4-inch dredge to clear a clogged farm pond intake that was maybe 10 feet across. Took twenty minutes.

Yeah but @holly_henderson86, sometimes the old ways are the only way in. No power for a dredge, or too many roots and rocks. That hand digging just hits different when you finally break through.
