Spent 3 hours clearing a jammed cutterhead on a Monday

Turned out a single 2 inch chunk of rebar was wedged in there the whole time from the previous Friday. Anybody else spend way too long hunting down a simple blockage?

Rebar in a cutterhead is a nightmare. That stuff gets in there and just locks everything up tight. Three hours is brutal but honestly sounds about right for something that sneaky. You probably checked every other possible thing first too. Always the smallest chunk of junk that causes the biggest headache.

Don't you love how the universe saves the nastiest surprises for the last place you look, @olivia_allen? A tiny piece of rebar can ruin your whole morning. Three hours is a bargain for that kind of pain.
