Sonar caught a hidden line during my last dig
I was moving sediment in a spot we've cleared before when the screen showed a weird blob. Easing off the throttle let me spot and avoid an unmarked utility pipe. How do you guys handle surprises on the scan?

Slowing down for every blip just kills your efficiency. Modern gear should let you work at full pace without constant paranoia. Maybe you're just being too careful with the equipment?

What happens when you brush off a system alert because you're in a hurry? I've seen servers crash from skipped disk space warnings. Modern gear has safety features, but they only help if you notice the signs. Rushing past blips might save time now, but it often causes bigger delays later. For example, ignoring a memory leak can ruin a whole data job. Being careful isn't paranoia, it's just smart work.

Our Denver team runs 500 servers and ignoring minor alerts actually boosted uptime by focusing on real failures.
