Lost $120 on a cheap cutterhead rebuild kit last month

Figured I'd save a few bucks and went with a no-name rebuild kit for my 12 inch cutterhead instead of the OEM parts. First day back in the channel the bearings started screaming. Had to pull the whole head again and lost a full shift plus the cost of the cheap kit. Anyone else get burned by off-brand wear parts?

Disagree. OEM parts are overpriced hype. I've had good luck with aftermarket.

Aftermarket parts saved me a bundle on my old truck and they're still running strong five years later.
