Was dead set against peel-and-stick wallpaper, now I get it
I always thought peel-and-stick wallpaper was for renters who didn't care about quality. But after my wife pushed me to try it on a small accent wall in our hallway, I gave in. The whole install took me about 2 hours and cost $45 for a 2-foot roll from a local hardware shop. No paste, no mess, and when I messed up the first strip I just peeled it off and tried again. Six months later it's still holding perfect with no peeling at the edges. Has anyone else converted to a product they swore they'd never use?

You said 'cost $45 for a 2-foot roll' - pretty sure that's $45 per roll, not for the whole wall. You probably needed more than one for a full accent wall. Just saying.

Fair point @jade_singh but I'm pretty sure I saw the post say $45 for a 2-foot roll and they only needed one for their small accent wall. Guess it depends on the wall size though.

Hang on though... you're saying "$45 per roll" but that could be exactly what they meant. A 2-foot roll for 45 bucks seems steep if you need more than one, but what if their accent wall was like 2 feet by 8 feet? Then one roll would cover it easy... vertical stripes or something. Not everyone does a giant 10-foot wide wall. Plus some of those grasscloth or textured rolls run way higher than 45, so if it was a deal on a small space, it's totally possible they only used one.
