Question about my old Wacom tablet versus my new iPad setup

I stuck with my 2012 Intuos for a decade, but drawing directly on the iPad screen with Procreate just feels right in a way the separate tablet never did. Anyone else make that switch and find their workflow got way faster?

Forget the hand-eye coordination lag.

Watched my buddy try a new fighting game after years on a slower one. He kept blocking way too early, his brain still on the old timing. Said it felt like his hands were shouting at a delay. Took him a whole weekend to stop flinching at ghosts.

Ever see someone try to switch from a keyboard to a controller? My friend did that for a platformer. She'd jump at the wrong time for days, like her fingers were stuck in glue. She kept saying it felt like the game was lying to her, which @the_jesse would probably call a whole new kind of input lag. Watching her miss easy jumps because her thumb moved too soon was painful. Took her forever to trust the new buttons.
