My office started a weekly digital art share for project updates

Tbh, our manager set up a Slack channel where we post visual summaries of our progress using simple digital art. Instead of long reports, we make quick icons or charts to show what we did. It cuts down meeting time and lets creative folks shine. Ngl, seeing everyone's different styles makes remote work feel more connected.

Switched to a visual scrum board last year using basic shapes and icons in a shared doc. Found that even simple arrows and color coded boxes made blockers way clearer than text updates. We used a free tool like Canva for quick edits, nothing fancy. It cut our Monday standup time in half because the visuals did the talking.

Wish my stick figure drawings at work got that much respect.
