Just saw a watermark removal AI tool in action and it scared me

I watched a demo where someone used an AI to strip watermarks off 50 pieces in under 3 minutes, and the results were nearly perfect. How are we supposed to protect our work now when anyone can do this in seconds?

I used to batch watermark in Photoshop and it would take forever per image because my old laptop would choke on the file sizes. What finally worked for me was resizing all my images down to web resolution first like 1200px wide before adding the watermark. Cut the processing time way down. Then I just recorded a simple action in Photoshop for the actual watermark and ran it on the folder overnight. Woke up and all 50 were done without me having to sit there watching each one load.
