Watched a buddy's injector line snap on a 6.0 Ford right in front of me, now I always carry spares
It was last Friday on a job in Denton, the line blew out at 3pm and we didn't have a spare, so the truck sat dead until Monday morning while we waited on a part from the dealer, has anyone else had a common part like that leave them stranded?

Man, that's brutal. Nothing worse than a $20 part killing your whole weekend.

Dude, you know what's even worse? My buddy Mike had his alternator go out on his old Civic like two years ago, right. He spent all Saturday chasing a $15 voltage regulator, only to find out the actual problem was a corroded ground wire that took him like 15 minutes to fix once he figured it out lol. That cheap little wire wasted a whole weekend and a case of beer.
