I finally noticed why those injector cups keep leaking on 6.7 Powerstrokes

I have been swapping injectors on these trucks for 3 years now and kept getting a comeback leak at the cup seal after about 6 months. Turns out I was using the wrong O-ring lube that was swelling the rubber instead of protecting it. Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix that lasts longer?

Diesel grease?

Have you tried Goof Off? That stuff cuts through diesel grease better than dish soap. Used it after a similar mess and it saved me a lot of scrubbing. Just make sure you wash your hands after, because it's strong.

You ever get that stuff in your hair? I was helping my buddy swap out a clutch on his old Ford pickup, and somehow I ended up with diesel grease all down my arm and in my eyebrows. Took three washes with dish soap and a scrub brush to get it out, and my skin still smelled like a garage for a week.
