Hit my 300th injector rebuild and the 50th one still haunts me

I keep a log for warranty claims, and last month I noticed I've torn down 300 injectors. Number 50 was a Cummins that fought me for 3 hours until I realized the return line fitting was cross-threaded from the factory. How many jobs have you had where the first hour was wasted on someone else's sloppy work?
