A leasing agent at a property on Brighton Blvd told me my flyer was too busy, and it actually fixed my outreach
I've been trying to fill a 2,400 sq ft space near Brighton Blvd in RiNo and mailed out 150 flyers with zero calls. One agent finally called me back just to say the flyer was too busy, six fonts and three photos crammed on one page. I cut it down to one photo, the square footage, and a phone number, and got 4 showings in two weeks. Anyone else had a simple fix like that actually move the needle on a listing?
