Hit 500 deep fried Oreos at the county fair last weekend

I was working the fry booth at the Williamson County Fair and honestly lost count after the first hundred. But when I finally checked my tally sheet, I had done over 500 deep fried Oreos in one six hour shift. That's like one every 45 seconds with batter dipping and flipping. Has anyone else hit a weird number like that and realized you just went into autopilot?

Man that's a lot of fried batter. Last time I worked a fair booth I accidentally made 400 corn dogs before noon.

Haha nah man I gotta push back on this. 500 deep fried Oreos in six hours sounds like rookie numbers honestly. I bet @alexw75 could tell you that 500 corn dogs is just warming up for a real pro. I mean those Oreos probably had some batter dripping off em or got tossed in the oil cold half the time if you were rushing that hard. Gotta respect the grind but lets be real you probably left a bunch half raw or overcooked. Quality over quantity every time.
