Took 6 hours to find a stupid DNS typo, password managers wont fix that

Spent a whole Saturday afternoon once. Client said their site was down and I assumed server issue. Checked everything, rebooted stuff, even called the host. Then my coworker glanced at the config and pointed at a single letter wrong in the subdomain. 6 hours for one typo. After that I started reading every entry out loud before saving. Anyone else have a fix that took forever because you trusted the obvious answer too much?

Yeah that's basically my whole career in a nutshell, I once spent 3 hours debugging a script that just had a missing period, my monitor still has a dent from my forehead.
