Right? I was totally that guy who thought "I'll remember all my passwords, no problem" and then spent 20 minutes resetting my email password every other week. I finally caved after I locked myself out of my bank account for the third time in a month. Now I can't believe I went so long without one, it's honestly one of those things you don't realize you needed until you actually use it. Makes everything so much easier.

The 2019 data breach at Collection #1 is what finally scared me straight - 773 million unique emails and passwords leaked, @gavina73, and I realized my "memorable" passwords were probably already floating around the dark web. A password manager doesn't just save you from forgetting stuff, it actually protects you from credential stuffing attacks where hackers try your reused passwords everywhere. I sleep better knowing every account has a totally unique string of nonsense that no algorithm can guess.
