Noticed a huge before-and-after difference after setting up 2FA on all my accounts
Honestly, I didn't think two-factor authentication would make that big of a difference until I saw the numbers myself. Over 3 months after turning it on for my email, bank, and social media, my login attempt logs dropped from like 15 sketchy tries per week to zero. I checked my Google account security page and it showed 23 blocked sign-in attempts in just the first month alone. The biggest change was getting zero password reset emails from random IPs in places like Nigeria and Russia. If you haven't set up 2FA yet, what's holding you back? I'm curious if anyone else saw similar drops in suspicious activity after enabling it.

Same thing happened to me. My email was getting hammered with login attempts from all over, mostly places I've never been to. After turning on 2FA, those stopped completely and I haven't gotten a single one in maybe 4 months now. The peace of mind alone is worth it, especially when you have important stuff like bank accounts tied to that email.

Same here. My inbox was basically a global map of failed login attempts. Now with 2FA it's just crickets. Almost makes me wonder if those bots ever got the hint or just gave up because I was too boring to hack.
