My boss's 'password is password' joke backfired SO badly
At my job in a small office in Phoenix, the IT guy told everyone to use a 'strong' password. So my boss, trying to be funny, set his to 'Password123!' on March 3rd. Next thing we know, someone got into his email and sent a weird invoice to our main client for $500. The client almost paid it before someone called to check. I learned that if you make passwords that easy, a bot or a bored hacker will find them in like 2 minutes. Has anyone else had a coworker pull a stunt like this with their login info?

March 3rd was also the day my neighbor's credit card got cloned in 2019.
