Almost clicked a fake payroll email at 6:45am and my gut saved me

Sitting at my kitchen table in Boise on Tuesday, half awake, coffee not even made yet. Got an email saying my direct deposit info changed and I needed to confirm it in 2 hours or payroll would pause. The link went to a page that looked exactly like our HR portal, same logo and everything. I hovered over the link instead of clicking, and the real address was payr0ll-verify.co, not our company domain. I forwarded it to IT and they said 4 other people in my office got the same one that morning. Anyone else seeing these payroll scams spike this month?
