Vent: That 4 AM bridge lift in Pittsburgh changed my whole pre-shift routine
A crew chief ignored the wind gauge reading at 28 mph and we nearly swung a 12-ton beam into a live power line, so now I check the anemometer myself before any job and ask, has anyone else had to overrule a foreman who thinks he knows better?
