Finally set my first 200 foot tower crane yesterday after 3 years on the job
It was a Liebherr 220 at the new industrial park site outside Kansas City, and I didn't even need the foreman to double check my rigging, has anyone else had that moment where everything just clicks into place?

Crazy how that works right? I had a similar thing happen when I finally got the hang of backing a trailer without having to get out and check three times. It's like one day your hands just know what to do without your brain getting in the way.

yo that's awesome man! honestly i feel like those "clicks" are the universe's way of telling you the prep work paid off even when it didn't feel like it. been noticing that with a lot of stuff lately, from learning guitar to cooking, the grind just suddenly turns into flow state.
