An old rigger chewed me out for cutting slings wrong on a high pick last Tuesday
He said my choker hitch angle was gonna snap the cable on a 4 ton load. Switched to a basket hitch and it sat way steadier. Anyone else had a seasoned hand call them out on basic rigging and it make you rethink everything?
