Am I the only one who learned the hard way about load charts on a tight site?
I was working a job in downtown Portland last spring on a tight alley behind a hotel. Thought I knew the load chart for my 50-ton but misread the radius by 5 feet. The safety guy came over and said 'you're about 2,000 pounds over where you think you are.' Had to re-rig the whole thing and lost half a day. Anyone else have a moment where the numbers didn't match what your gut told you?

Feel that man, load charts are no joke. Gut feeling gets you killed or at least costs you a full day of work.

Ever had to call a lift off because the numbers didn't line up, even though you knew deep down it would hold? I've been there and it stings for a minute but beats the alternative. How do you push back against the crew when they want to rush through the math?
