Vent: My cousin swore by using a potato to fix a color stain on a client's hair
She told me to slice a raw potato and rub the wet side on the stain, which sounded like a total joke. I tried it on a small green patch from a pool mishap last summer, thinking it would do nothing. The stain actually faded after about five minutes of gentle rubbing, which blew my mind. Has anyone else tried a weird kitchen hack that actually worked for a hair emergency?

So we're just rubbing food on our heads now? Glad it worked for you and milesj70, but my kitchen is strictly for snacks, not salon supplies. Guess I'll keep a potato next to the conditioner just in case.
