TIL a simple comb trick for dry shampoo application
A client in her 60s showed me last week how she uses a fine-tooth comb to brush through dry shampoo after spraying it on her roots. She said it avoids that white powdery look and spreads the product way more evenly. Has anyone else picked up a random trick from a client that actually works?

I mean, did she show you the exact angle she holds the comb at? Because I've tried this with a regular wide-tooth comb before and it just pushed the powder into little clumps around my part. A fine-tooth comb makes more sense since it catches more product, but I feel like it might also drag some of the powdery stuff down the hair shaft if you're not careful. Or am I overthinking this? I just wonder if you have to spray, wait a minute for it to dry down a bit, and then comb, or if you can do it right away.

Waited about thirty seconds before combing and that seemed to solve the clumping issue for me.
