Had a bride's entire wedding party cancel their updo appointments 2 hours before the event

They said they found a cheaper salon across town, leaving me with a full Saturday schedule and no clients. I ended up using the time to deep clean my station and reorganize my color swatches, which actually felt pretty good. What's the shortest notice cancellation you've ever had to deal with?
