That one comment from a viewer that still bugs me 6 months later
Back in April I posted a video showing how I clean a specific brand of deck stain off concrete. Nothing fancy, just a before and after with some technique tips. Some guy commented "you're just using too much pressure, amateur hour" and linked his own channel where he was doing the same thing but with worse results. I checked his page and he had 80 subscribers. I had 12,000 at the time. What stuck with me wasn't the criticism itself but the way he doubled down when I asked politely what PSI he used. He never answered. Just kept calling my work sloppy. I think about that interaction way more than I should. Has anyone else had a small creator act like they're the authority when they clearly don't have the experience to back it up?

Think you might be overthinking this one. Dude was probably just insecure and trying to tear someone else down to feel better about his own channel.

Saw a psychology article once that said people like that are usually covering up their own doubts.
