A 2 minute clip from a streamer I watch made me rethink my whole upload schedule

Last night I caught a clip of a small Twitch partner, about 1.2k followers, talking about how he batches all his editing on Mondays and Tuesdays, then only posts Wednesdays and Fridays. I always tried to upload daily and burned out after 3 weeks straight. He said consistency matters more than volume when you're solo. Has anyone else tried a twice a week schedule and seen their watch time actually go up?
