Shoutout to the job site in Mesa that finally got me to try digital daily logs
Watched a super at a 6 story build off Dobson pull up 4 months of concrete pour photos on his tablet in about 30 seconds when the inspector asked. I'd been stubbornly keeping paper logs for 8 years, but after seeing that I ordered a tablet that same week, so what app are you all using for photos and notes?

The photo thing is what sold me too but you gotta back it up somewhere that isn't just the tablet. I set mine to auto upload to cloud every night over wifi, because a guy on my last job dropped his in a fresh pour and lost 3 months of progress pics in one second. Also rename the files by pour date and location as you go, because scrolling through 400 pics named IMG_4471 when an inspector is standing there breathing down your neck is its own circle of hell.
