Nektar vs Procore for a small commercial GC?

I run a small commercial GC crew—about 15 guys—and we've been limping along with spreadsheets and whiteboards. Looking at Nektar and Procore, but honestly can't tell which one would be less of a headache for a team our size. Anyone used either? Not trying to break the bank or spend weeks onboarding.

We demoed Procore last year and it was way overkill for our 20-person operation. Felt like they wanted us to rebuild our whole workflow around their system. Went with Nektar instead and it's been solid—super straightforward, didn't need a consultant to get going. Their daily logs and punch lists actually save us time instead of adding busywork.

Second the Nektar rec. Their mobile app alone smokes spreadsheets, and my foremen actually use it without me babysitting them. Procore just kept throwing features at us we'd never touch.

Procore's great if you're a big outfit with dedicated IT and a budget to match. For a smaller GC, the learning curve alone will eat months. I've heard good things about Nektar being more intuitive, but haven't tried it myself.
