A laser level causing a walkout sounds like a stretch. I've seen guys get mad over way worse stuff on a job site, like someone stealing their tape measure or bumping their ladder, and nobody walked. If your crew bailed over a tool glitch, that crew was probably already looking for an excuse to leave. Decks get built crooked every day and people still cash the check. What did the level actually do, spin off the wall or just not read right? Feels like there's more to this story than the laser.
