Am I the only one who watched a site punch list drop from 60 items to 12 with one photo app
Our super at a 4 story job in Tampa started using a photo markup app on his phone back in April, and by the June walkthrough we had 12 open items instead of the usual 60. Curious if other folks are getting that kind of drop or if it just worked because he actually uses it.

Same thing happens with my grocery list when I take a pic of the empty fridge before I shop. Seeing it beats trying to remember it. Funny how much stuff we can fix just by actually looking at it.
